How to Order?

1. Orders may be placed with us via the webpage by following the instructions:

• Personal message us via FB at anytime for products availability checking or any queries you have. 
• Fill up ordering information form which comprises of: 

-Name 

-Handphone number

-Delivery address

-Product info(eg: colors, quantity, size, etc.)

• After confirmation will just straight proceed to payment stage. Payment can be made via online banking or cash deposit.

• After payment done, transactions detail are to be provide in order for us to proceed the delivery. 

Customized Order: 

For custom made products such as wedding door gift or accessories with special requirement, please place order earlier so that we have enough time for your customization.

Also, deposit of 50% of the total selling price are required to be place first at ordering stage. The deposits are not refundable if buyer back out from order. Your understanding are greatly appreciated. 

2.  Please note that full payment must be made within 3 days upon receiving an invoice otherwise your         reservation will be cancelled.

3.  There will be no refunds or exchanges after transactions are made unless otherwise incorrect good(s) sent, faulty or damaged good(s) upon receiving.

4.  All prices shown on page does not include postage whereby it will be paid by the purchaser.

5.  At certain time the color or the product will slightly differ when purchaser got the product due to the setting of individual computers.

6.  Most of the postage will be done through Poslaju unless the product purchased are above certain weight.

7.  After transactions are completed, product(s) will be delivered within next (1) business day while both info of tracking code and the service company will be given to purchaser in the same day. 

**Note: All delivered product(s) can be tracked online with the tracking code given.

8.  Clients' satisfaction are one of Labelleza Inn's aim, so if there are any further inquiries, problem, feedback from clients' are highly appreciate.

Shipping Method

1. Post Laju

West Malaysia: RM6.00 for first 0.5kg, additional of RM1.40 for every 0.25kg added thereafter.

East Malaysia:  RM10.00 for first 0.5kg, additional of RM3.00 for every 0.25kg added thereafter.

2. Citylink

Nationwide: 3kg and below   - RM16.00

                  10kg and below - RM22.00

                  20kg and below - RM30.00

*Depending on weight of the product(s) purchased, Labelleza Inn will minimize your shipping fees as much as possible while any excess payment on shipping fees will be refunded when it is found out during the delivery phase.
